Priority

In this column, users can spot the Priority that has been configured for each warehouse.

  • The priority has a range from 1 to 35, where 1 is the highest priority and 35 is the lowest.

  • It’s important to point out that there is a rule applied by the system in order to decide in which warehouse the order has to be first sent to be fulfilled.

  • This rule is based on the Priority that has been assigned by the user himself/herself, to the Warehouse

...

  • Consequently, warehouses that are set up with Priority 1, are the ones to be first chosen to fulfill an order.

  • However, if the warehouse(s) set with priority 1, don’t have the product in stock, the system will automatically check and assign the order to the warehouse with the product available that has the highest priority next in line; for example, a warehouse with priority 2.

Updating the warehouse priority can be comfortably done directly on the Warehouse Settings page.
