- Separate Street Name and Street Number into 2 fields.
- Add a RUT field at the beginning of the address form.
- Always ask for 8 to 9 digits - leave a mask to fill.
- Remember that the last digit can be a number (0-9) or the letter “K”.
- Add the link “Descubre tu documento” (“find out what is your document number”) to https://rutifyrutchile.cl/ so so the user can search for the document.
- If it fails the validation, show this message to the customer “Documento inválido: xxxxxxxx” (Invalid document: xxxxxxx).
