Normally, the system follows the 51% rule to ship a bundle of orders, which means that the 51% of the orders need to be in stock for the package to be shipped.

For SKUs that have been set as an exception the system ignores the above rule and send sends the order even if, in the bundle, the other order is out of stock.

Please note that SKU can be set either on the SKU Exceptions OR in the SKU Black List. The same SKU cannot be included on the both features at the same time. |
