  • Quantity: the stock available at the Warehouse

  • Buffer: the fulfilment buffer is an amount of stock reserved that is used to guarantee the fulfilment of orders coming from the Marketplaces, like orders from Amazon MCF. This can be set up by clicking on the Buffer, Quantities and Package Settings button

  • Skip Conciliation toggle: when the toggle is set to ON, if the Warehouse has also ON the automatic conciliation (which is set up at the top of the page, by turning on the toggle Keep Conciliation?),

for this specific product, the automatic conciliation will be OFF.

  • Keep the Quantity Available: to use this tool, please bear in mind that the automatic conciliation should be set to OFF, otherwise will override this value. By setting a default quantity available, the system will still send the orders to the warehouse, which also means that orders will pass from a Paid status to Shipping and then Shipped. Orders backlog (Orders in Backorder status) cannot be generated in this particular case. In order to set up a default quantity the users need to:

    • Click in the Buffer, Quantities and Package Settings button

  • Restriction Weight Per Package: in this column is shown the product weight restriction for specific countries. This can be set up by clicking on the Buffer, Quantities and Package Settings button

  • Allowed Countries: it shows all countries, already configured for the Warehouse and in which it can deliver the product. This column will display the allowed countries ONLY if the user has restricted the delivery of the product in one or some countries by using the button Update SKU Country List

  • The Actions buttons: Adjust Request | Transfer Request | Update SKU Country List | Buffer, Quantities and Package Settings | Delete.

...

The Update SKU Country List button allows users to limit the country where the SKU/product can be shipped to and delivered. **

Note

It’s important to highlight that upon switching on this option, shipments will go exclusively to the Country List selected. If no country is selected, the product will NOT be shipped.
