Additionally, the user has also available:

  • Blacklisted Toggle: by set setting it to ON, the user is flagged as blacklisted, which means that he/she won’t be able to buy on the company website any longer anymore using the email registered in this account.

  • Enable Editing button: by clicking on this button, the user can modify the customer’s details mentioned above. Once the data has been updated, the user should click on the Stop Editing button and then Save.

  • Unsubscribe Email button: By clicking on this button, the customer will be unsubscribed from any marketing list.

By clicking on the View Details button on the right side of each page, the user will be open the Ticket Tickets page with all threads.

The Create Ticket button redirects the user to the New Ticket page, where an email can be sent to the customer.
