Normally, the system follows the 51% rule to ship a bundle of orders, which means that the 51% of the orders need to be in stock for the package to be shipped.

Otherwise, the system will set all orders of the bundle in Backorders, until the above rule is complied, or all products are in stock.
For SKUs that have been blacklisted, the system understands that these SKUs will take time to get back in stock and so the SKUs should be ignored in a bundle of orders, by freeing the others other products to be shipped if they are in stock.

On the contrary, if all items of the orders are all in stock, including the one blacklisted, then the system will ship them out.
