What is the Work Notice section about?

Users that have less permission to proceed with certain actions on orders, can request approval for them via work notice in this section, to users that have higher permissions due to their role (for instance managers, team leaders, etc.)

Some of the restricted actions are:

  • refund

  • reshipment

  • Issue a Gift Card

  • Order Cancelations

  • etc.

Where is the Work Notice section located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on the Customer Service

  3. Then click on Work Notice.

How the Work Notice section works

  1. The user needs to select the Notice type that needs to be verified by choosing one of the options on the drop-down menu (see the below example)

    1. In the section New, the user can trigger the action (Approve l Decline) of requests by clicking on the specific green or red button

    2. Otherwise, can pick the request by clicking on the checkbox or even clicking on theSelect all button, at the top of the list in order to update the order in bulk

The Approved & Declined sections

In the Approved area, all the approved requests will be listed
