   • What is the nature of your request? Select Internal/Emanage Offer Setups

4. Click Next to proceed to the next page.

   1. Fill in all required Fields

   2. Upload & Provide any links for creatives
      

      

5. Click Next to Proceed to Last Step Submit Request to Ops (ops@dfo.global)

6. If Selecting Yes to ‘Do you have any other URLs…? (Option 9)’ then fill in the following information as requested. Format is important so that it displays in form correctly.

   1. URL name(s) separated by comma (i.e. Presale, Interstitial, Checkout)

   2. URL(s) separated by comma in the naming order entered above
      

      

7. Submit and receive Confirmation.

8. Ops to Process the request. Once offer is setup and reviewed for QA, Ops notifies the requester that we can launch the offer pending their GreenLight.
