What is the Work Notice section about?
In this section, the user can XXXXXXUsers that have less permission to proceed with certain actions on orders, can request approval for them via work notice in this section, to users that have higher permissions due to their role (for instance managers, team leaders, etc.)
Some of the restricted actions are:
refund
reshipment
Issue a Gift Card
Order Cancelations
etc.
Where is the Work Notice section located?
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on the Customer Service
Then click on Work Notice
The search fields
In this section, the user has a multitude of search fields that can be used to look for a customer.

To add more search fields, click on the + Add Search Filter button and the user can pick as many fields as are available:

How the Work Notice section works
The user needs to select the Notice type that needs to be verified by choosing one of the options on the drop-down menu (see the below example)
In the section New, the user can trigger the action (Approve l Decline) of requests by clicking on the specific green or red button
Otherwise, can pick the request by clicking on the checkbox or even clicking on theSelect all button, at the top of the list in order to update the order in bulk

In the Approved area, all the approved requests will be listed
