DFO is working with Amazon in two different ways:
The Amazon MCF Warehouse(s). MCF stands for Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and is a fulfilment service that uses Amazon's warehouses to store products and have orders fulfilled for both Amazon's website and a brand's website.
The Amazon FBM refers to the Merchant Fulfilled Network (MFN) and it’s Amazon's terminology for Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM). It refers to a method of selling where sellers list products in Amazon stores but manages all storage, shipping, and customer support independently.
Amazon MCF - Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment
The Amazon MCF* Warehouses are one of the warehouses used by DFO as one of its fulfillment centersfulfilment centres.
FBA*: Stands for Fulfillment by Amazon
The preeminent Hence, orders are created throughout the CRM funnels and then fulfilled by one of the Amazon Warehouses.
The pre-eminent characteristic of these Warehouses is that they deliver just within the same country where the Warehouse is located. For example, the Warehouse is in the US, which implies that it will fulfill fulfil and ship orders that can be delivered just within the US.
Hence, while setting up the warehouse, there is no need to choose the countries where orders will be delivered as this is automatically defined by the Warehouse location itself.

The last relevant trait to consider of these Warehouses is that they work with Inventory Conciliation*.

What is Inventory Conciliation*?
The Inventory Conciliation is the process that compares the inventory counts in the company's records (in this case in CRM) to the actual amounts on the warehouse shelves. In cases of differences between the two amounts, the system will rectify and adjust the records to reflect this analysis into the stock level displayed in CRM, in the Warehouse.

Amazon FBM - Fulfilled by Merchant
In this case:
DFO sells its products on the Amazon Marketplace
Then imported the orders via eOne from Amazon to CRM
These orders are then fulfilled by the eManage CRM warehouse according to what fulfilment centres have been set up in the Marketplace Management>Marketplace Map (see the below example)
