Create the toggle Use Warehouse Shipping Methods For Common Orders? to have CRM orders follow a pre-define warehouse shipping method for Cart Rover.
Implemented the Cancellation fee button, on the order page>refund tab, to deduct 15% of the order grand total from the refund as a cancellation fee.
