What is the Product Groups section about?
In the Product Groups section, users can create new groups of products. After creating a product in CRM, under the product section, users can create multiple variations of the same product. To create these variations, users need to assign a specific feature with its own price, to each one of them. Once created, each product variation is considered a brand-new product by the system that can be added to campaigns.
Where the Product Groups section is located?
Log in to the CRM instance and from the left side menu, scroll down and click Products>Product Groups
How to create a new Product Groups
Click on the + Create New button
The user will be redirected to the New Product page
Fill the details in the fields and switch to ON the toggle Is Active
Click on the Save button
All product groups, already created, will be listed on the Product Groups main page as per the below example:
How to edit an existing Product Group
Click on the Edit button
The user will be redirected to the Product Groups page, where the updates can be made
Once done, click on the Save button (see the below example)
How to copy an existing Product Group
Click on the Edit button
The user will be redirected to the Product Groups page
Click on the Copy button
Pick all sections that need to be copied, by ticking the checkboxes of each part
Click on the Finish button
The user is redirected to the copied page of the product where the adjustment can be made to create another product
Once done, click on the Create button

Click on the Delete button to remove an existing Product Group
