Users that have less permission to proceed with certain actions on orders, can request approval for them via work notice in this section, to users that have higher permissions due to their role (for instance managers, team leaders, etc.)
Some of the restricted actions are:
refund
reshipment
Issue a Gift Card
Order Cancelations
etc.
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on the Customer Service
Then click on Work Notice
The user needs to select the Notice type that needs to be verified by choosing one of the options on the drop-down menu (see the below example)
In the section New, the user can trigger the action (Approve l Decline) of the request by clicking on the specific green or red button
Otherwise, can pick the order by clicking on the checkbox or even clicking on the Select all button, at the top of the list in order to update the order in bulk
In the Approve area, all the approved requests will be listed
while the declined ones are filed in the Decline part
