Private App is a way of integrating Shopify and DFO Funnels, so clients can take advantage of having certain Shopify Store Features (like Fulfillments, Stock, Prices Settings, Product Images, Coupons) running the DFO Funnels.
At this moment, there are certain limitations though:
You must use DFO Payments Gateway: Shopify does not enable us to process payments using their payment gateways using this method, so we must to set Payment MIDs internally, for each client that wants to use this integration.
It only has support to Regular Orders and Upsells: features like Upgrade and Pre-Order are not allowed at this moment.
Your Shopify Store must be customized specific to the integration: you can’t use your current Shopify Store without changes. You must add new variants specific for the integration, change collections, create new products for each package, adding prices. The collections title must be changed to meet certain criteria, like a suffix (ex: “[Upsell][2][/success.html] Product Upsell Title”)

Ongoing Tasks
Create an outside UI to manage Payment actions, like Refund and Chargeback.
Add Shopify Private App support to CTRwow, so we can create funnels/websites using the Private App API solutions.
Create websites/funnels to use the solution.
