Test Purpose

After the conclusion of the 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee Replacement test, we saw a 3% decrease in CVR. Our Hypothesis for this decrease was the satisfaction offer changing from refunding money to replacing the insoles with a new pair. For the next test, we decide to change the headline from Satisfaction Guarantee to Lifetime Guarantee which fit better with the "replacement offer" angle.

Results

The results were positive overall with increases to CVR on both MIndInsole EN and EuphoricFeet DE.  Moving forwards we will apply the Life Guarantees to all Insole order pages.
