Upsell Sale


What is the Upsell Sale section about?

On the Upsell Sale or Customer Sales page are available all main orders for which the Customer Service team can offer the customer an additional upsell product.

Placing an order for an upsell is extremely easy and quick because the system allows the users to pull the data of the order, including shipping address, customer details, and payment details to purchase any additional offer.

Where is the Upsell Sale section located?

  1. Log in to the CRM instance and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click Customer Service>Upsell Sale.

The search fields

In this section, the user has a multitude of search fields that can be used to look for a specific order

To add more search fields, clicks on the + Add Search Filter button and the user can pick as many fields as are available:

Once the user is looking for a customer, the result will be available listed on the below area of the page (see below example):
