Ticket Mailboxes


What is the Ticket Mailboxes section about?

In the Ticket Mailboxes section, users can set up the email inboxes used by the Customer Service team to be able to send and receive emails.

Where the Ticket Mailboxes section is located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on Mailboxes

  3. And then on Ticket Mailboxes.

How to create a new Ticket Mailbox

  1. Click on the + Create New button

  2. Fill in all the fields Ticket Mailboxes page

  3. Hit the Save button

How to edit a Ticket Mailbox

  1. Click on the Edit button

  2. Update the details and click on the Save button

How to delete a Ticket Mailbox

  1. Click on the Delete button

  2. Confirm the actions and the address will be removed.

How to see the Ticket Mailbox history

Click on the See Running History button and the tab will pop up with all ticket mailbox history
