(Shipping) Groups


Creating a new Shipping Group

In order to create a new Shipping Group, users should first:

  1. Go to the Shipping section>Groups

  2. Click on the + Create New button and the user is redirected to the new shipping group page

Shipping Group section

In this first section, the user has filled the below details.

  • Group Name: type the name of it. For example, Monthly Charge - FREE SHIPPING

  • Group code: type the code of this item. For instance, Monthly Charge

  • The toggle Is Active?: has been set to on in order to activate the shipping group

  • Product Type: from the drop-down menu, add all categories of products for which this shipping group can be used. For example, Subscription and Electronics and then click on the Add button

  • Once all the above has been filled in, just click on the Save button on the right side of the page

 

Editing a Shipping Group

  1. Go to the Shipping section>Groups

  2. Click on the Edit button and the user will be redirected to the Shipping Group page

  3. Make the necessary updates and once done, click on the Save button

Deleting a Shipping Group

  1. Go to the Shipping section>Groups

  2. Click on the Edit button and the Shipping Group will be removed from the instance
