What is the PayPal - Need Response section about?

In the PayPal - Need Response section, are listed all open PayPal disputes that need to be tackled by the seller.

Where the PayPal - Need Response section is located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on Disputes

  3. And then on PayPal - Need Response.

How the PayPal - Need Response section works

Besides having listed all disputes that need a response from the seller (see the below example)
