What is the PayPal - Closed section about?

In the PayPal - Closed section, are listed all closed PayPal disputes that have been already worked on by the seller.

Where the PayPal - Closed section is located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on Disputes

  3. And then on PayPal - Closed.

How the PayPal - Closed section works

Besides having listed all closed disputes that have been dealt with by the seller (see the below example)
