(Shipping) Methods

Creating a new Shipping Method

In order to create a new Shipping Method, users should first:

1. Go to the Shipping section>Methods

2. Click on the + Create New button and the user is redirected to the new product page

Shipping Method section

Once on the New Shipping Methods page, in the first section, the user has to fill in the below details.

• SHIPPING NAME: add the name of the shipping method. For instance, Free Shipping

• SHIPPING GROUP: from the drop-down menu, pick one of the shipping groups available.

• TOTAL SHIPPING QUANTITY: type the number of products units that are shipped with this method

• USD COST: add the shipping fee cost $XX that the customer is going to be charged

• The toggle Is Active?: it needs to be set to ON in order to activate it

Shipping Prices

In this section, users can set up:

• The Global currency in which the shipping method will be charged in all countries where the product is sold.
  For instance, the shipping fee is $10 and the product is sold in both US and Europe. European customers will be still charged $10 for shipping, even though they see the amount already converted in Euros in their bank statements.

• Its global amount (see the below example)
  
  

Shipping Price by Currency

In this section, users can set up an exception to the above Global Shipping Price, by defining the country and currency that will be applied for a specific geotarget of customers.
For instance, the Global Shipping Fee is $10, but it can be also included some exceptions:

• Brazilian customers will pay BR$10

• European customers will pay €10 (see the below image example)

In order to configure this section, please follow the below steps:

• The currency in which the shipping method will be charged.

• Its amount (see below example)
  
  

• Once all the above has been filled in, just click on the Save button on the right side of the page.
