Customer Lookup List section (IAM)
What is the Customer Lookup List section (IAM) about?
In this section, users can check customers and their orders made through any CRM instance.
Please note that ONLY those who have access to IAM can see this section.
In the future, it will be implemented:
Two roles that will have different levels of access to the IAM and have access to this section, are the Root (full access to the instance) and the Customer-Service-Admin (will have ONLY access to this section).
This section will use a Public API to achieve the above goal.
How the Customer Lookup List section works
Search customers across all CRM instances
Using the fields on the top of the page, the user can search for customers and their orders across all CRM instances
Type the customer’s details and then click on the Search button.
To clear the search, please select the Clear button.
Adding more filters to the search
Click on the + Add Search Filter button and select as many filters as you need for the page
Accessing the customers' profile or the specific CRM instance
By clicking on the customer’s name
the user is redirected to the customer’s account in the specific CRM instance
By selecting the instance name, the user is redirected to the CRM instance homepage (see the below examples)
Editing the Customer’s details
In order to edit the customer's details, the user needs to access the customer’s account, and this can be done in two ways:
By clicking the customer’s name
By clicking the Edit button
Both will redirect the user to the customer's account, where the customer’s details can be easily updated.

Showing all customer’s orders
To see all list of customer orders made in any of the CRM instances available, just click on the Show Orders button
and a small tab will pop up with listed all orders
By clicking on the order number, the user is redirected to the order page.
Show all customer's shipping addresses
By clicking the Show Addresses button
a small tab will pop up displaying all customer’s shipping addresses
