Product Account Templates


What the Product Account Templates section is about?

On the Product Account Templates page, users can create Templates for the Emails, which are then available to be picked on the Campaign Settings page> Email Settings >Individual Emails.

Please note that these templates are generally used for those campaigns that sell products for which customers need to log in on the website to be able to use them, for instance, Yeh Yeh products - https://shop.yehyehapp.com/en/.

Where is the Product Account Templates section located?

To find this section, follow the below steps.

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on the Campaign Management

  3. Then click on Product Account Templates.

What on the Product Account Templates page?

On the Product Account Templates page, all the below options are available for users.

Search bar

On the search bar, by typing the name of the template or email type, the system will narrow down the template list:

The list of existing Templates

On the page are also listed all existing Bundled Email Templates available, highlighting the Template details below:

  • Template Name

  • Email Type

  • Language

  • Active

  • Update Date

How to edit an existing template

In order to modify the content of the template, just click on the name of the template as per the below example:

and the user is redirected to the template page

How to create a new template

By clicking on the Create New button

users can create a new product email template
