Dealing with the Logistic Chain can be done by making the most of the below eCRM sections.
Warehouse Management, specifically:

Inventory: Checking the inventory of each SKU | Product.
Backorders: Checking the list of all orders that are in backorders status.

Moreover, there are the Marketplace Management sections, which allow users to configure the logistic chain for each marketplace (Amazon, Shopify and Walmart), such as:
Marketplace Map: Mapping all CRM fulfilment chains such as the warehouse, shipping methods, couriers, etc. for each marketplace (Walmart, Amazon and Shopify).
Marketplaces: Setting up, for each marketplace (Amazon, Walmart or Shopify), an alert which is triggered every time there are orders in backorder status.
Linked Products: Enabling CRM to send inventory information to the marketplace by linking CRM SKUs with the Marketplace SKUs (Amazon, Walmart or Shopify)
Backorders (Marketplace): Checking how many Marketplace orders are in Backorders status.
Tracking Number Business Delay: Checking how many orders have been sent already, but the customer is still waiting for the tracking number.
