What is the Customer Lookup section about?

In this section, the user can search for customers and their orders.

Where is the Customer Lookup section located?

  1. Log in to the CRM instance and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click Customer Service>Customer Lookup.

The search fields

In this section, the user has a multitude of search fields that can be used to look for a customer.

To add more search fields, clicks on the + Add Search Filter button and the user can pick as many fields as are available:

Once the user is looking for a customer, the result will be available listed on the below area of the page (see below example):
