• Ticketing to dev team: please clearly state that this page is for smoke testing, no upsell campaigns would be needed to link to the main campaign. Please also have the team add clickid parameter for the CTAs

Steps To Approach:

• Research for a product and start a split test ticket, as well as copy/design ticket. Give the design team as much image assets as possible to work with

• Ask for pricing if needed (to Tim)

• Draft the dev ticket with the below in mind: indicate that this is a smoke test, no payment nor upsell campaign would need to be linked to this. Indicate the function of the CTA buttons on this smoke test upsell page, which would be i) CTA button will trigger a message on the confirmation page with a line saying “Thank you for your interest in xxxx, we currently do not have this in stock, we haven’t charged your card“, ii) CTA button would need a clickid param attached to it for vwo tracking purposes, so we can collect to see how many people accepted it

• Prior to setting the test live, please inform the pod leader if this is a product that belongs to a pod. Also inform Pascal so that the CS team is aware of the tests coming up.

• After test concludes, please provide the stats to the pod leader and Tim, if it’s a successful test, we would also need to inform HK after the decision is made.
