  • SKU: the SKU of the product

  • Product: the name of the product

  • Warehouse Stock: this stock information is for the user, who can verify the stock level of each SKU. Once the tab is opened, the system automatically requests this information, via API, to the Warehouse.

  • Stock Quantity: the system uses this information about the stock quantity of a SKU in order to assign orders to the Warehouse (if available) to be fulfilled.
    Generally, this data is updated every 24 hours if the Warehouse has the automatic conciliation active, which implies having set to ON the toggle Keep conciliation?.
    However, every two hours the system checks, if there are new orders and reships requests and then verifies and updates (if the automatic stock conciliation is active) the products stock of the active Warehouses in order to assign these new orders and reships to the one that has the specific product/SKU in stock.

On the Warehouse settings page, on the Products, the quantity reported for each SKU is the Stock Quantity.

  • Transit Quantity: the quantity that is sent from one warehouse to the other when there is a lack of one or a few or some of the products

  • Reserved New: on this column, the user can spot the number of new fulfillment that has been assigned to a Warehouse, shortly the details of the new fulfillment will be sent to the warehouse that is going to fulfill them. Basically, in this column are included all orders that have on the Shipping History section, of the order page, the Status New (1) as per below example:

  • Reserved Sent: The number of fulfillment sent to the Warehouse within the past 7 days.
    Thus, this column includes all orders that have status Sent (2)


    or Waiting for Tracking Number (7) in the Shipping History section of the order page.

  • Reserved: in this column is shown the sum of the Reserved New + Reserved Sent.
