How the Mass Sending Emails tool works
Configure the email template to use, on the module Campaign Management>Email Templates.For more information on how to do it, please check the Helpdesk article: Email Templates.
Go to the Mass Sending of Emails section
Pick the email template you need, by choosing one of the options in the drop-down menu
Hit the Import CSV button
From theImport Order List tab click on the Choose file button to select the file on your machine, or just drag and drop it into the related space and click on the Import Records button (see the below example)
Once the data in the file has been fully imported, just hit on the Send button to forward the email to all orders in the list (see the below example)
