Mass Sending of Emails


What is the Mass Sending of Emails section about?

In this section, users are able to send bulk emails to a conspicuous number of customers.

Where is the Mass Sending of Emails section located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on the Customer Service

  3. Then click on Mass Sending of Emails.

How the Mass Sending Emails tool works

  1. If you need to configure the email template to use, just go to the module Campaign Management>Email Templates. For more information on how to do it, please check the Helpdesk article: Email Templates. Otherwise, just jump to step 2.

  2. Go to the Mass Sending of Emails section

  3. Pick the email template you need, by choosing one of the options in the drop-down menu

  4. Hit the Import CSV button. **Please note that:

    • The file HAS to be in CSV format

    • The first column of the file MUST contain the Order Number | OrderId (see the below example)

    • The file can have a maximum of 2000 lines

  5. From the Import Order List tab click on the Choose file button to select the file on your machine, or just drag and drop it into the related space and click on the Import Records button (see the below example)

  6. Once the data in the file has been fully imported, just hit on the Send button to forward the email to all orders in the list (see the below example)

Remove an imported file

To remove a CSV file that has been imported, just click on the Cancel button
