• Recurring orders are the ones for which consumers subscribe instead of getting as a one-time purchase.

• Recurring orders are automatically placed on a regular basis.

Where the Orders Subscriptions section is located?

1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

2. Scroll down and click on Orders Subscriptions.

Orders Subscriptions section vs Orders section, what is the difference?

• In the Orders section, users can look for any order that has been generated by any of the campaigns.

• Differently, in the Orders Subscriptions section, users can exclusively search for recurring orders.
