What is the Apps section & the Kashee Rewards app

In the Apps section, it’s available the Kashee Rewards app.

The Kashee Rewards app has been developed by DFO and can be comfortably downloaded in the users' Shopify Stores as well as in eManage CRM and this enables the Shopify Stores or eManage CRM instance to accept Kainero Reward Card.

Where the Apps section is located?

  1. Log into your CRM instance and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and hit the + Apps

  3. Then hit the + Apps section.

Where to find the Kashee Rewards App

In eManage CRM the Kashee Rewards is inside the + Apps section.

  1. The user should click on the Actions button

  2. To find the Kashee Rewards features on it to enable and customize the campaigns with it (as per the below image)

How to enable or edit the Kashee Rewards in eManage CRM campaigns

To start enabling the Kashee Rewards in one or more campaigns or edit them, please follow the below steps.

Moreover, the Kashee Rewards app in eManage has three main sections from which the users can follow the instructions on them and set up the Kashee Rewards on the campaign:

  • Dashboard

  • Listing

  • Settings.

Select the campaign

Select one of the campaigns already created inside the CRM instance.

  1. Once the user is in the + Apps section, the user should click on the Actions button

    to access the Kashee Rewards app

  2. Then add the name, or ID of the campaign to find it

     

and all campaigns will be listed below.

Filter the Campaigns that have already the Kashee Rewards app installed

To search just the campaigns that have the Kahsee Rewards app already installed, the user can switch to ON the toggle Filter by Installed Campaigns and click on the search button. Otherwise, the toggle can be also combined with the campaign search field above (see the below example)

Activating the Kashee Rewards in a campaign

To activate the Kashee Rewards in a campaign, just click the Plus button on the right side of the page

and then click on the Setting icon

so the system will redirect the user to the Kashee Rewards app to edit its settings for the campaign

To activate the Kashee Rewards in a campaign, just click the Settings button on the right side of the page

and the system will redirect the user to the Kashee Rewards app to customize its settings for the campaign

Dashboard

On the Dashboard page, users have a few subsections, and each one of them is explained on this page.

  • The first three areas are providing to uses the guidelines to easily and successfully install the Kashee Rewards on their pages.

  • On the other hand, the last two sections just supplied information about the Kashee Rewards Discount Codes and the user’s Conversions History.

1. Enable Kashee Badge in your campaign

To enable the Kashee Badge on the campaign, just turn ON the toggle as per the image below

2. Filling in your Campaign Listing

On this second area of the Dashboard, the user is informed to take a few minutes to set up his/her store listing, this way Kashee will start promoting the store by using its customers' database.

Furthermore, the store will be visible on the Kashee Rewards website. See more: https://rewards.kashee.com

3. Extra Settings

In this area, more instructions are given to the user, who now should check the Settings section of the Kashee Rewards app to set up certain features. For instance, the Maximum Cap for Discount Codes generated by Kashee.

4. Discount Codes generated by Kashee

In this area, the user has listed all Kashee Rewards codes that have been generated for the campaign that can be offered to his/her customers after he/she has placed an order in one of the checkouts that have the Kashee Rewards field enabled.

5. All Kashee Conversions for your campaign

In this box, the user can see the Conversion History generated by the Kashee Rewards.

The system identifies these transactions using the s3 parameter contained on the checkout URL (see the below image example)

Also, by clicking on the Discount Code

a small tab will pop up, providing the CRM user with details of the customer’s order (see the below example)

Then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page, once finished.

Listing

On the Listing page, users have a few subsections, and each one of them is explained on this page.

Please follow the below topics to keep installing the Kashee Rewards app.

1. Activate your Listing

To enable the listing on the campaign, just turn ON the toggle as per the image below

2. Store details

In this area, the user can include:

  1. Store name

  2. Tag line

  3. Detailed Description: of the store and/or its products that are going to be displayed on the page when published (see below image example)

3. Campaign Icon

Add the URL of the campaign icon on this field

and to replace it, just click on the Replace Icon button

4. Featured Campaign Banner

Add the URL of the campaign banner on this field, the user can add an image that is going to be used as background when customers visit the Kashee Rewards pages

and to replace it, just click on the Replace Featured button

5. Featured Products

In this box, the user needs to add:

  • The Product Name

  • Product Description

  • Categories

  • Funnel URL

  • Product Image URL

Then click on the Save button at the bottom of the page, once finished.

Settings

In this section, the CRM user can find some Kashee Rewards settings for his/her store, by checking the below subsections.

1. Activate your Campaign

In this first area, the user can activate or deactivate the Kashee Rewards app by turning ON the toggle as per the image below

2. Maximum Cap

In this area, the user can add the Maximum Cap for Discount Codes created by Kashee Rewards. In this way, it will not create discount codes that are greater than the user’s needs or desires.

Once finished, click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
