Billing Subscriptions


What is the Billing Subscriptions section about?

In the Billing Subscriptions section, users can check customers' subscription plan details.

This specific recurring plans have to be developed by the DFO IT team. Therefore, for more information just email the DFO Tech Support at: support@dfogpc.com

What are Recurring Orders | Plans?

  • Recurring orders | plans are the ones for which consumers subscribe instead of getting as a one-time purchase.

  • Recurring orders | plans are automatically placed on a regular basis.

Where the Billing Subscriptions section is located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on Billing Subscriptions.

How the Billing Subscriptions section works

  1. Type the name of the company in the search field Company and select it from the drop-down menu (see the below example)

  2. All the company plan details and the subscription history will be displayed on the page as described in the below example.

Customer Details

In this area, the customer’s details are available

Substring Details

In here, it is visible the Subscription and Payment History

Additional Options

Any additional information about the subscription is easily seen in this area
