Kainero & Everflow at DFO

What is Kainero?

The Kainero is the light Affiliate Program, built and developed by DFO Global.

What is Everflow?

The Everflow is the platform where it’s possible for DFO:

  • Keep track and check conversions,

  • Register new affiliates

and affiliates can:

  • Pick their offer

  • Check their balance, based on their results

  • Request to transfer their earnings to their bank account.

What Kainero does do for DFO using Everflow?

Being an affiliate program, Kainero advertised DFO products, redirecting traffic on its campaigns/funnels to increase sales or just customers' brand awareness or engagement.

Said that, on Everflow, it can be defined as the way in which calculates each affiliate’s earnings and the amount of their commission.

Affiliates' earnings can be:

  • By Acquisitions per Page Views

  • By Conversions per Order or Unit Sold

and also set as:

  • Percentage commissions

  • Fixed-amount commissions.

How do EF Affiliates work?

The way Everflow arranges the above is through an offer, which is like eManage CRM campaigns.

The link looks like the following one: https://www.buyblaux.com

  1. The first step for an affiliate is to request approval to sell the product/service of the offer chosen. Therefore, it’s important to highlight that the Everflow campaign can be set as:

    1. Public so any Everflow affiliate can request approval to start selling the product/service

    2. Private, only DFO affiliates can sell the product.

  2. Once the Affiliates have been granted approval to work with a specific campaign, he/she will receive:

    1. A Script (Tracking Pixel)to install in his/her pages in order to track his/her performances, on which his/her commissions are based

    2. His/her own EF Affiliate ID (Affid) that has other parameters to track properly how much money they made

  3. When an acquisition or conversion is coming from a specific Affiliate ID, the script record this in both the DFO Everflow Dashboard, displaying the amount that DFO has to pay to the affiliate and the affiliate can check in his/her EF Dashboard how much commissions he/she earned, by redirecting traffic on DFO checkouts.

  4. After a while, the affiliate can request the EF to transfer the balance, his/he earnings, to his/her bank account. At the same time, the EF debits this same amount to the DFO account.

How do Everflow and eManage CRM work together?

EF Affiliates redirect traffic to DFO offers, which are eManage CRM campaigns. The goal is to generate sales, from the customers that land on the DFO checkouts page.

How does this involve the DFO Support, BE, and FE teams?

For example, when at the Support, it is reported that an order was cancelled by still showing up as a conversion in the EF, this means that the affiliate will still receive a commission out of that order even if it was cancelled, so there is no sale.

In this case, it is likely that the affiliate’s script has still been firing the conversions like it was a paid order, even if for some reason the order was later cancelled.

In the Place Order response, there is a feature called IsPixelTrigger, or IsTriggerPixel that decides whether the Front end should trigger the conversion pixel or not after an order attempt is placed.
Normally, the conversion pixel is fired when the order is placed and the customer goes to the next page, either upsell or confirmation page/Thank You page.

See the below example:

How do Everflow and CTRwow work together?

  1. When there is a new product/offer request, the Vietnam team create a funnel in CTRwow, under DFO Global Company

  2. Once the funnel is complete, they'll provide the URL to the Ops team to set it up in EF

  3. Just the original link, like this: https://www.blaux.com/

  4. When an affiliate login to their EF account and get the link, it will be added with his/her relevant parameters

How to enable in CTRwow the Everflow Affiliate ID to be reflected on the URL of the page, through the funnel for Analytics purposes

On the Page Builder: in the CTA settings, they just need to add the URL which includes all the parameters from EF.

For more info on how to add a link in CTRwow, please click on the following Helpdesk article: How to add an Internal or External link to the webpage

ON THE Funnel Builder: they need to add External Lander/Offer, using the URLs with all the parameters from EF, in Web Properties.

For more info on how to add External Lander/Offer in Web Properties, please click on the following Helpdesk article: The Web Properties section & how to add an External Landers or External Offers

Then add these External Links to the offer they’re building.

Please note, they just need to add the parameters to either Lander or Offers, to avoid duplication when going through the funnel.
