What is the Declined Payments section about?

In this section, users should be able to look for any order with a declined payment.

Where is the Declined Payments section located?

  1. Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu

  2. Scroll down and click on the Customer Service

  3. Then click on Declined Payments.
