To find this section, follow the below steps.
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll down and click on the Warehouse Management
Then click on Related SKUs
Adding a new product to the Related SKUs
Click on the + Add New Group
The New Related SKU tab will pop up
In the Main SKUs field, the user can select the SKU(s) that will be swapped with the related one, by picking the product from the drop-down menu and then click on the+ Add New Main button
In the Related SKUs field, the user can select the SKU(s) that will replace the Main SKUs, by picking the product from the drop-down menu and then clicking on the+ Add New Related button
Then click on the + Add To Group button
In case more than a SKU needs to be added, just repeat from point 4 and forward.
Ultimately, once the SKUs have been added, just click on the Save button
and the items will be included in the Related SKUs page listClick on the toggle Is Active, to trigger this new rule.
