Marketplace Warehouses

...

As mentioned above, this feature is working ONLY for the Amazon FBA warehouse.

...

  1. Switch to ON the toggle Allow Marketplace

  2. In the Marketplace Warehouses area, users can include other Warehouses that are stocking Amazon SKU, helping the Amazon Warehouse fulfil orders; or else, some Amazon inventory is kept in other Warehouses (i.g. V-Logic, Swan, etc). Therefore, the warehouses that have those products are linked to the Warehouse Amazon FBA on the Marketplace Warehouses, on the Warehouse Setting page (see the below example).

...

The system is able to pull the full amount of stock of the Amazon products, not just in the Amazon warehouse itself, but in the other warehouses that where they kept them.

Please note that on the non-Amazon warehouses, the user needs to include the specific Amazon SKU on the list of products available on it.

Fulfillment Error Messages

In this area, users can include all the possible errors returned by the system, which refrains orders to be sent for the fulfilment, for example, wrong or incomplete shipping address.

By adding the error in this section, those orders will be flagged and grouped in the CRM section called Address Verification. From this module, users can spot the orders, and make the necessary adjustment to them so they can be sent to the Warehouse to be fulfilled.
