What is the Reason Codes section about?
In the Reason Codes section users can set up and create new reasons codes for refunds, tickets (emails in the Tickets Management section), Reships, Returns, Quick Cancellations responseresponses, and Cancellation reasons.

In order to go to the Reason Codes section, please follow the below instructions.
Log into CRM and go to the left-side menu
Scroll the menu down

What is on the page?
Please find attached below the features available on the page.

By clicking on this button, the search will be updated
+ Create New button
By clicking on this button, the New Reason Code tab pops up and the user can:
Select the section where the reason code will be used
Type the description of the reason code that is going to be displayed on the section
Check the box Active
Click on the Add button

The table displaying the Codes
Once the user has selected the section of the Reason code, on the Search field at the top of the page, all existing reasons code will be displayed on this table.
Code Reasons column
In the Code Reasons column is displayed the name, which is also the reason code description, is displayed on the section where the code is available (see below example)

Active column
In this column is shown whether the reason code is active or not. Users can switch to OFF or ON the reason code by clicking on the toggle

Action buttons column
Two actions buttons are available.
Edit button
By clicking on the Edit button, the Update Reason Code tab will pop up, and the user can change the name/description of the code and activate or deactivate it

By clicking on this button, the reason code will be completely removed from the instance.

How to create new Reason Codes
In order to create a new reason code, please follow the below steps.
Go to the right side of the table and click on the + Create New button so the New Reason Code tab will pop up
Select the section where the reason code will be used, by choosing within the ones listed on the drop-down menu
On the Name field, type the description

of the reason code that will be displayed for the user

in the section where is going to be available
Leave the checkbox Active as it is
Click on the Add button to save it
All the reason codes created are listed on the Reason Codes main page (see the below example)
How to edit Reason Codes
In order to edit a reason code, please follow the below instructions.
Select the section of the reason code from the search field
Go to the right side of the page and click on the Edit button, so the Update Reason Code tab will pop up
From the Update Reason Code tab, the user can change the name/description of the code and activate or deactivate it
How to delete Reason Codes
In order to delete a reason code, please follow the below instructions.
Select the section of the reason code from the search field
Go to the right side of the page and click on the Delete button, to remove the code from the system
