Recharge a Gift Card by clicking on the

  1. To recharge a Gift Card, click on the $ button

  2. On the tab, type the amount to be recharged

  3. Click on the Recharge button

Creating a new Gift Card

  1. Click on the + Create New button

  2. Fill in the information on the New Gift Card page

  3. Once all the user’s preferences have been chosen, the last thing that must be done before leaving the page is to click on the Create button

  4. The new Gift Card(s) will be listed on the Gift Card main page (see the below example)

The Is Customer toggle

Switching this one to Yes allows users to use the field Holder Email only to look for email addresses registered inside the instance.

The Is Batch Card toggle

  1. Switching this one to Yes, allows users to send a batch of gift cards to several email addresses, or to several customers, from the instance’s database or external ones

  2. By typing the email address in the field Holder Email

  3. Click on theAdd button, the user will be able to send the gift card to a batch, or a group of people all at once

The Is Card Test toggle

Switching this one to Yes allows users to create a Test Gift Card to be used in a Test Order within the system.

  • This switch is for test purposes only, and so the Gift Card issued with it can only be used in a test order.

  • It is not possible to use a test gift card to pay a real order in production, partially or in total.

  • Likewise, it is not possible to use a real gift card to pay a test order, partially or in total.
