The Show Legend button

By clicking on the Show Legend button, located at the bottom of the page, will be displayed the explanation of each one of the Verification Results:

  1. Start editing the shipping address directly on the Address Verify page, by double-checking the order details in the columns: Address1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code Country.

    1. Please note that there may be cases in which it still Melissa helps to correct the address, through a tab that will pop up providing the address that has just been changed, and the address suggested by Melissa (see the below example)

    2. The user can choose which address is most correct and click on the Update button on the tab to save the changes.

    3. Once the changes have been made, go to the Actions column and click on the Save Changes button to finalize the task

    4. Then hit the Save button

      1. When clicking on the Save button, if there are other orders linked to this Shipping Address, the system will ask users to confirm whether the Shipping Address for these other orders should be modified too

      2. To confirm the address change changes for these other orders, users need to turn on the toggle Allow change (see the below example)

    5. Once saved the changes, the system, also, will leave an automatic note on the order page, specifically in the Notes section, informing that the shipping address was modified, when, and by whom (see the below example)

    6. Once the verification has been made, the order is sent to be fulfilled. Moreover, it will be also automatically moved to the Address Verification>All Verified section, whereare displayed all orders whose shipping address was previously modified (see the below example)

  1. Click on the User Account button, to open the Customer profile account and edit the order, from the order page itself

    1. The Shipping Address can be easily edited from the Shipping Address area of the page order, by clicking on the Enable Editing button (see the below example):

    2. After having clicked on the button, the user can make the necessary changes to the address

    3. Once finished, just hit the Save button on the right side of the page

      1. There may be cases in which still Melissa helps to correct the address, through a tab that will pop up providing the address that has just been changed, and the address suggested by Melissa
