Sending to the Warehouse information about the Lifetime Warranty
Via Database, CRM is sending to the Warehouse (Cart Over) information on whether with each order was also purchased the Warranty or not.
Please note that this information is not visible in eManage CRM UI.
Price needs to be included in the order information to the Warehouse
When CRM sends orders order information to the Warehouse (Cart Over) for them to be fulfilled, for each order it has to be included the price for each item, even though the order is a package which means that CRM will show the total of all itemsgoods. However, at the Warehouse, they need to receive the price of each product.
SKU quantity & Packages are set up in the Products section
In any order, the amount of units, of each item, has to be set up at the SKU level.

For example: in this specific case, packages are created within the product section with SKU like the below:
- JETF_2
- JETF_3
- etc.
So the SKUs are already set as packages. Setting the flag Keep SKUs packages to ON means that the system will leave the SKU unchanged when sending the order to the warehouse.
On the contrary, for all other cases, the system will read multiple units of the same product in the FE and add this information for to the warehouse when the order is sent for fulfilment.
Example of order using the flag:
