What is the Address Verify page for?

Within the Bookmarked section are listed all orders that the user has Bookmarked from one of the other sections of the Address Verification.

which Shipping Address needs to be manually revised because some information is missing or incorrect.

Please note that eManage CRM uses a software called Melissa to automatically screen and correct the Shipping Address of orders, without the need for a human check.

However, there are cases in which Melissa is unable to match the Shipping Address details provided by the customer with any address due to lack of information or because the information doesn’t match. In such cases, users have to manually check each order listed on the Address Verify page.
