What the Bundled Email Templates section is about?
On this page, users can create Templates for the Bundle Email, which are then available to be picked on the Campaign Settings page> Email Settings >Bundled Emails.
What are Bundle Emails?
When a user chooses to use, in his/her campaign, the Bundled emails, this means that all the email messages to be sent at once to customers after their purchase, meaning they will no longer receive one email message at a time, but all at once after 15 or 30 meaning after the purchase is completed, and the customer has already made it to end of the page reaching the “Thank you Page”.
Where is the Bundled Email Templates section located?
To find this section, follow the below steps.
Log into CRM and go to the left side menu
Scroll down and click on the Campaign Management
Then click on Bundled Email Templates
What on the Bundled Email Templates page?
On the Bundled Email Templates page, all the below options are available for users.
Select Bundled Configuration
To choose, from the drop-down menu, the template that is going to be edited:
Edit
In order to edit the template name, SMTP, or language, after picking the template click on the Edit button
A small tab will pop up, allowing the user to make the necessary updates (see the below example):
or to edit the body of the template, just click on the Edit button on the right side of each template row:

Create New
By clicking on the Create New button, users can create a new Bundle email template.
A small tab pops up and the name, language, and SMTP of the template need to be filled
After clicking on the Save button, the user is redirected to the Email Template page, where the body of the template can be designed.
Refresh
By clicking on the refresh button, the page will be refreshed and all the latest changes on the templates will be displayed
