About Your Purchase Email

This template has been created for the Customer Service team.

When customers call the Customer Service, the agent by adding the order number in the Customer Service app, CRM will trigger the About Your Purchase email to the customer

The customer will receive offers of new products or also the link with the Tracking Number depending on how the email has been set up.

Please note that this template has to be enabled at the campaign level.

How to enable the About Your Purchase Email in a Campaign

  1. Log in CRM

  2. Go to the Campaign Management> Settings

  3. Click on Create New Campaign button or click on the Edit button to update an already existing one

  4. Scroll down to the Email Settings

  5. Switch to ON the toggle Individual emails

  6. Switch to the Edit button of the template About Your Purchase

  7. Add the SMTP and click on the Update button

  8. Click on the Create or Save button to save the changes

How to edit the About Your Purchase Email template

  1. Log in CRM

  2. Go to the Campaign Management> Settings

  3. Click on Create New Campaign button or click on the Edit button to update an already existing one

  4. Scroll down to the Email Settings

  5. Switch to ON the toggle Individual emails

  6. Switch to the Edit button of the template About Your Purchase

  7. Click on the Template button


    and the system will redirect the user to the template settings page, so it can be edited for the current campaign

  8. When finished, click on the Save button.
