What is the Marketplace Linked Products section about?
The goals of the Marketplace Linked Products section are:
Enable CRM to send inventory information to the marketplace, by including the new products sold in the marketplace, from the ones already set up in the CRM instance, under the Products section.
Linked CRM SKU with the Marketplace SKU of the same product, so when eOne import order into CRM to be fulfilled, the system matches the SKUs and send the order to the warehouse to be fulfilled.
Where is it located?
Log into CRM, go to the left side menu and click on Marketplace Management
Then click on Marketplace Linked Products
How the Marketplace Linked Products section works

List of products available in each store of each Marketplace
Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu
Then pick the store, if more than one is available
The list of all products already sold in the stores is displayed below (see below image example)
Additionally, from the products table, the users can easily spot the below details:
Title: in this column, the user can see the product name. Please note that editing the product name, it can ONLY be done on the Products section>product page.
SKU: this is the SKU of the product that is registered in CRM
Provider Id: this is the product ID inside the marketplace.
For example, for Amazon, is the ASIN. Additionally, this is compulsory for Amazon products, but for the other Marketplace is optional.Provider SKU: this is the SKU that is registered inside the marketplace
Deleted: this is when the user deletes the product, the toggle is set to ON
Actions: EDIT BUTTON I DELETE BUTTON
Searching for a specific SKU in the store of a Marketplace
Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu
Then pick the store, if more than one is available
Type the SKU or Product name in the search field, if the product has been already added into the store, it will be visible below (see below image example)
Adding a product to the store of the Marketplace
Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu
Then pick the store, if more than one is available
Click on the Product field and pick one of the products listed in the drop-down menu
**Please note that those are products already configured in CRM under the Products section.Set up the Provider Id and the Provider SKU
Click on the Save button and the product will be saved, on the store, with the specific Provider Id or/and Provider SKU that the user has just set up
Editing a product already included in the store of the Marketplace
Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu
Then pick the store, if more than one is available
Click on the Edit button on the right side of the product
The product will be displayed above, and the user can edit the Provider Id and/or the Provider SKU (see below example)
Once done, click on the Save button
