While checking how many marketplace orders are in this status, the user can click on the order number and open an order page:
On the order page, the user can verify the tracking number delay by going to the right side of the page and clicking on Products & Shipping History
From the Shipping History, the user can see that the product has been sent, but the tracking number is not yet available for both: CRM UI and the customer
