This test was aimed at determining if showcasing a 30-Day or 37-Day Money back Guarantee would lower buyers anxiety and result in a higher conversion rate, and if so,
which one was most effective of those tested. The concept for this test was based on competitor sites that promote 30-Day money back Guarantees.

Test Variables

CVR, EPC / (Possible variable > AOV)

Summary of Results

Reference

Results: The 30-Day Guarantee variable succeeded on TVFix FR and EurphoricFeet DE and almost broke even with the control on TVRadius DE. ( I will double check TVRadius DE test for any small flaws and run again)
However, the
37-Day Guarantee variable failed across all tested sites except for EurophricFeet DE where it managed to break even with the control. I believe the 30-Day Guarantee beat out the 37-Day Guarantee due to the common use of 30-day Guarantees.

In Conclusion, I recommend the 30-Day Guarantee should be added to all checkout pages. (This will require an update to our current TC Policy.)
