What is the Marketplace Linked Products section about?

On the Marketplace Linked Products section, the user can:

  • Check which products are sold in each marketplace

  • Include new products to be sold in the marketplace, from the ones already set up in the CRM instance, under the Products section.

Where is it located?

  1. Log into CRM, go to the left side menu and click on Marketplace Management

  2. Then click on Marketplace Linked Products

How the Marketplace Linked Products section works

List of products available in each store of each Marketplace

  1. Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu

  2. Then pick the store, if more than one is available

  3. The list of all products already sold in the stores is displayed below (see below image example)

Additionally, from the products table, the users can easily spot the below details:

  • Title: in this column, the user can see the product name. Please note that editing the product name, it can ONLY be done on the Products section>product page.

  • SKU:

  • Provider Id:

  • Provider SKU:

  • Deleted:

  • Actions: EDIT BUTTON I DELETE BUTTON

Searching for a specific SKU in the store of a Marketplace

  1. Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu

  2. Then pick the store, if more than one is available

  3. Type the SKU or Product name in the search field, if the product has been already added into the store, it will be visible below (see below image example)

Adding a product to the store of the Marketplace

  1. Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu

  2. Then pick the store, if more than one is available

  3. Click on the Product field and pick one of the products listed in the drop-down menu
    **Please note that those are products already configured in CRM under the Products section.

  4. Set up the Provider Id and the Provider SKU

  5. Click on the Save button and the product will be saved on the store

Editing a product already included in the store of the Marketplace

  1. Select the Marketplace from the drop-down menu

  2. Then pick the store, if more than one is available

  3. Click on the Edit button on the right side of the product

  4. The product will be displayed above, and the user can edit the Provider Id and/or the Provider SKU (see below example)

  5. Once done, click on the Save button
