What is the Coupons section about?
In the Coupons section, users are able to create coupons that can be included in campaigns.
A coupon is a ticket or document that can be redeemed for a financial discount or rebate when purchasing a product. Customarily, coupons are issued by manufacturers of consumer packaged goods or by retailers, to be used in e-commerce stores as a part of sales promotions.
Where the Coupons section is located?
Log in to the CRM instance and from the left side menu, scroll down and click Coupons
How to create and set up a new coupon
Click on the + Create new button
Fill in all the fields for each part of the page as explained in the next topics
Once all details have been included, click on the Create button
Coupon Profile
In this section, users should include:
The coupon Name in the Profile name field
The coupon description in the Description field
Switch to ON the toggle Is Active?
Discount Behaviour
In this section, users should configure the below options.
Discount Type, by picking one of the options in the drop-down menu
Discount Behaviour, by selecting one of the options in the drop-down menu
Discount Percentage
Minimum Dollar Amount of Purchase
Expiration Date
Is Free Shipping? toggle should be turned ON if the coupon offers free shipping for the product
How to edit an existing coupon
To edit an existing coupon, users can either:
Click on the Edit button
Or click on the coupon name
In both cases, they are redirected to the product page, where they can make the necessary update to it and then click on the Create button
How to copy an existing coupon
To copy an existing coupon, users need to:
Click on the Copy button and confirm the action
The user is redirected to the copied product to make any necessary changes
Once done, click on the Create button
How to delete an existing coupon
To delete an existing coupon, users need to click on the Delete button and confirm the action
