MO General SOPs

  1. General Goal - 2 funnel tests and 2 email tests per CRO per week

Funnel Testing Flow

  • Idea ticketed on SPLIT board and assigned to self

  • If AB test - prior to launching the VWO campaign, pass the final version previews to Tim for approval

  • If Split URL test - assign to copy/design accordingly, and prior to sending to dev team, pass the final version to Tim for approval.

  • For any split URL test tickets to dev, cc Sida on the ticket for prioritization.

  • For any split test requested by someone that is not on the team, pass on the final version to them for approval before launching in VWO.

  • After the test finishes, if there are no other tests on the domain/page, please remove the VWO code from the control page.

  • After the test finishes, pass on the test report to Tim for final approval before sending it out to the team and updating this sheet.

Email Testing Flow

  • If SL/Preheader test - prior to launching the Blueshift campaign, pass on the final copy to Tim for approval

  • If Creatives test - prior to launching the Blueshift campaign, pass on the final creative to Tim or requester for approval.

  • For any creatives test copy/design tickets to creative team, cc Ann on the ticket; for any creatives coding requests to dev team, cc Sida on the ticket.

  • Prior to launching any SL/Preheader test, double check if there is an existing campaign running already, if you are not duplicating from that campaign, pause this original campaign before starting your test.

  • After the test finishes, remember to relaunch the original campaign and proceed with test reports and report updates.
