Upsell URL Query parameters when Purchased

When an upsell is purchased, I get a parameter query string in the next page. The intention of this was for split testing.

The logic is:

• If customer purchases an upsell, value is 1. If not, value is 0.
• Parameter structure uses naming scheme "up_XXX", where XXX is the initials used in the "special-offer-XXX" naming logic. i.e. TV amplifier upsell purchase would be up_amp=1.

This is high priority because it is a barrier for me for launching 2 split tests right now. These split tests are key in maximizing our profitability per customer.
